We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that hands-on approach has never changed. When you call, you get me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We are family-operated, so if something is not right, we own it and take care of it the same day.

Q2How frequently do you maintain the units?

Every rental comes with one weekly service visit. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional visit each week.

Q3What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and locking mechanism.

Q4How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

Q5How do extended rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you give us the word to come get it.
